Helen's Exhibitions

Exhibiting both originals and giclee prints, including some new and expressive "bamboo gloss art". Located at Poppie Design Jewelry Store in St. Matthews, 3701 Lexington Rd. Exhibiting "The Hammock" and "Oldham County Barn - If These Walls Could Talk" in the Fine Arts Division of the Kentucky State Fair. It is open to the public. The artists have exhibited a large variety of styles, mediums and subject matter in this show. Helen has already been designated to receive the Whip Mix Corporation Purchase Award for her piece "The Hammock".

Helen's painting "Monastery - Christ in the Desert" was juried into the Summer Show at the Kentucky Center, 501 West Main Street. Opening night reception is Friday, June 6th, 5:30 - 7:30 pm., and will be open to the public. "Monastery" is the result of Helen's inspiring trip to New Mexico. Click here to view the painting.

Exhibiting "Sailboats & Steeples" in the Kentucky Watercolor Society's juried show at Artemisia Restaurant, 620 E. Market. It is a themed show called "Art Over Louisville" which captures the Derby, flavor, color and contours of our city. Click here to view the image from pg 3 of the watercolor gallery.

Exhibiting "Canyon Rocks" watercolor on gel medium. It will be open to the public. The artists have exhibited a large variety of styles, mediums and subject matter in this show. Times for viewing are 10:30 am - 3:30 pm, Sunday 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm. The exhibit will be at The Woman's Club of Louisville, 1320 South Fourth Street, one block south of Ormsby.

A public exhibition for an undetermined duration at La Vida Java Coffee Co., 1301 Herr Lane, suite 110, Louisville, Ky 40222. Come by for an excellent cup of coffee and maybe a treat or two!
