Description
When I was painting in Jeffersonville, Indiana, I couldn't wait to get up and get on over there to watch the sunrise over the Ohio River. This particularly morning, it was a little hazy with the sun casting kind of a silvery blue light, and lots of it. I loved the way the twin steeples of St. Joseph's, on Washington Street in Louisville, Kentucky, towered above the trees. I painted this watercolor en plein air!
