I photographed this egret while vacationing on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. I couldn't wait to paint him. He looks slightly angry. I couldn't help but think he is angry about the oil spill and what it is doing to all of his "cousins". This painting is currently for sale, matted and framed, and is in my Studio Gallery.
