Description
This is a watercolor painting on Aquaboard. I loved this horse, at Hermitage Farm in Goshen, Kentucky, waiting in his stall in the early morning, for his hay! The sun was so bright coming in through the window and the cracks in the red door. My brother liked this colorful painting so much. He said it reminded him of a "painted mesa". He has read lots of Western stories about cowboys and horses. I thoroughly enjoyed painting this horse in the stall!
