Description
Fleur de Lis are so popular now that I decided to make a mosaic Fleur de Lis. I wanted to be original! I used acrylic paint on gessoed watercolor paper. When finished, I protected the painting with a fixative and then put a polycrylic coating on it. I also painted a wood panel 14 x 14 inches and 1 1/2" deep. I then adhered the painting to the panel and finished it by putting on another coat of polycrylic. It is a finished work of art, ready to hang on your favorite wall!
