Description
I was in a tropical Butterly Garden in Gainesville, Florida. There were so many beautiful butterflies that I had never seen in person before. I took a lot of photos, barely capturing some, because they flit around. I thought this one was exquisite. When I painted this butterfly, I used Manganese Blue, thus the name. There were other colors involved, but I mixed the beige/brown color and it just looked like velvet.
