Description
We stayed at the Blue Heron Winery last fall. One of my favorite places, because it’s so beautiful and peaceful. We stayed up by the lake. We went out to dinner one evening, and when we came back, the light was dim, it was dusk. My husband spotted this blue heron in the lake. From inside the house, I was lucky to get some nice reference photos. I painted this the next day. It is watercolor and ink.
