Description
I took a drive in the country one day. I saw this little church in the woods on a beautiful fall sunny day. This is in Meade County near Brandenburg, Kentucky. It seemed like a place that would make anyone feel good at that moment. I painted this in a technique called "disappearing purple", but I liked the purple so much that as the painting progressed, I did not make it disappear.
